Fitness without equipment
In today's time most of us want to get fitter, stronger, or lose weight, know that to achieve our goals, we create a kind of exercise program. One of the problems is that the choice of what type of fitness equipment we should use or buy. There are a number of options on the market, including Elliptical trainers, rowing machines, exercise bikes, steppers, weight machines, free weights, cable machines and so on.
Now you have two options when it comes to fitness equipment. First is to buy a product, depending on the quality of what you want to buy can be quite expensive. The second choice is to become a gym member. This gives a greater range in the types of fitness equipment you can use, but this option can be expensive.
Now there are many reasons that make it difficult for you to use both options. Your own body is one of the best pieces of fitness equipment that you have. You can reach very high fitness, but nothing with your body.

A few years ago 99% of their training consisted of using one's own body for their education. Boxer would be up in the early hours, and run the streets, not having a treadmill at lunchtime. They would spend many hours a week doing push-ups, sit ups, chin ups, stretching, shadow boxing, and a whole host of other body weight exercises. To be a soldier is not an easy task, it is very tough. Most of the soldiers training consists of exercising without equipment. They spend hours running over rough terrain trucks, equipment and heavy backpacks. They spend months doing circuit training consisting of swimming, push ups, chin ups, sit ups and various exercises. No one can say that a soldier is not an extremely fit individual.
There are a variety of exercises you can about your body is the only equipment you need. Depending on the type of training you only 15 minutes per day will give you a fitness level far beyond what you are. Select a series of exercises on different body parts and a circuit of them. This circuit last 3 minutes, and it is your body hard. Do it measures how many of each exercise in a 30-second period and have not more than 20 seconds rest. Try once and see how you feel.
