The Latest Diet Craze and Our Diet History

It seems like every other week we are hearing about the "latest" diet. Stand in line at the supermarket, you read the front cover of magazines, the latest diet, madness! The latest diet enthusiasm to work for us?

Most popular dieting trends. Were in the early 90s, we celebrate the holy grail of nutrition … Fat makes you fat! Susan Powter was our guru. Shows a pregnant woman on a thick bed post, spreading to cover their entire stock. The "new"Susan was a lean, buzz cut "super-woman" who had in his hand!

We have a great shot to the grocery store to buy all fat-free products that we find. She went to work! It only makes sense … Fat = fat, right?

But by the late 90s we all got fatter! Fat is not necessarily the same fat, plus we have all the wonder of taste and feeling missed, full of that fat offered. We saw fat reduction.

Someone had to come and us permission to eat more fat andthin. So in the 90 years, Dr. Atkins, as we crowned our new king of weight loss! We had to admit he was not handsome, he does not have the same charisma as our fat stomping guru Susan Powter, and he did not look very healthy and lean. But he had a medical degree, so as to compensate for the guru to whom we wanted to emulate.

Dr. Atkins' message was so refreshing, you can eat fat! Not just a little fat, a lot of fat. Not only dance that our taste buds, we were falling fast pounds! This wasit!

Then the painful truth came out, is too much fat on tax your kidneys and other diseases. In addition, all were gaining the weight again and be more on top of it, after we stopped the program and eating more carbohydrates. What do we do now? Not someone to answer?

After our dramatic, extreme, fast weight loss fixes in the 80's and 90's, we had the truth. It did not matter how bad it hurt. In 2000, we have learned, is a more watered-balanced approach. We actually wentCircle and went back to the tried and true, monitoring our intact calories, eating mainly fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and lean meats. We now have between good fats and bad fats, good carbohydrates and bad carbohydrates, sugars differ, good and bad sugars, and eating smaller more frequent mini-meals. We are formed more about healthy eating, good food and lose weight! Above all, we can live in this game plan for wellness and weight loss. It is something that we can follow forLife.

Even the latest celebrity diet, found in the popular press magazines, are not so dramatic, and are still wrapped up in good and healthy food. It is to bring to our palates, as we reduce our size by going to eat.
