What are the essential elements of a good presentation of the body sitting total gym workout routine?
It all starts with the basics. We’ll start with basic exercises for the lower body, trunk and midsecton. 2 Select one of the exercises for each body part. Perform each movement for 10-12 people and 3-4 sentences. Perform this routine training 2-3 times a week. Start with a 5-10 minute cardio warm-up and cool 5-10 minutes.

The movements are exercises in relation to the promotion of large muscle groups of the body. The exercises promote many muscle groups simultaneously. The isolation of small muscle groups and target areas of the body, individaul attention. Should use their training, the movements, because of effects on many areas of the body work together.

Lower Body Exercises
Legs: squats, Leg Press, lungs (Step-up or a step back)
Upper body exercises
Chest, triceps, shoulders: push-ups (hands and position), lying (slope “,” Deny “or flat) (dumbbells or weight)
Back, Biceps: Bent on T-bar Rows, Pull-Ups
Years of isolation
Midsection Exercises
ABS: crunches (the slope of the bank, the soil, the exercise ball), reverse crunches, Leg raises
Lower Body Exerecises
Hamstrings: Curls (seated, standing or lying), Stiff-Leg deadlift (Barbell or weight)
Calves: calf raises (seated or standing)
Upper body exercises

Arms: Biceps Curls
Use different flavors of each year for continuing education and to confuse the promotion of muscle fibers. This “muscle confusion”, a rapid change in your body. For a big heart “sitting”, do the exercises with little or no weight for more repetitions with no rest between sets.
